We recommend arriving a few minutes early for your appointment. Please turn off cell phones and pagers. Because your spa services are reserved for you, we ask that you notify us at least five hours in advance if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. 50% of the value of your services will be charged for cancellations within five hours. Package cancellations require a 24-hour notice; no-shows are charged full value. A credit card deposit to reserve two or more services is required. Please, no children under the age of 10 in the spa unless receiving services. Thank you for your cooperation and courtesy.
